What we collect

Container One Depot collects information only when you give it to us directly:

• Name, email, and message when you submit the contact form.
• Email address when you sign up for the newsletter.
• Name, email, phone, and delivery ZIP code when you submit a unit reservation request at checkout.

We do not collect payment card numbers, expiration dates, or CVC codes through this site. At checkout you choose a payment method as a preference only — our sales team collects the actual deposit payment by phone after confirming your reservation.

How we use it

Contact, newsletter, and reservation submissions are sent by email to our sales team so a person can respond — to answer your question, confirm a unit, or arrange delivery. We don’t sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing.

Your cart

Items you add to your cart are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data or using a different device/browser clears your cart. We only receive cart contents if you submit them through the checkout reservation form.

Accounts

This site doesn’t require creating an account or storing a password to browse, reserve, or inquire about a unit.
