Who pays return shipping
Return shipping and any related freight costs are the customer’s responsibility. Given the size and weight of most units in this catalog, we recommend confirming a unit’s condition grade and specs against your needs before reserving.
Delivery & freight
We deliver nationwide. Freight is coordinated after your reservation is confirmed and quoted based on your delivery location and the unit’s size — it is not included in the listed unit price unless a listing states otherwise. Delivery timing is arranged directly with our team once your deposit is confirmed.
Deposits
A refundable deposit of up to $1,000 (or the item’s full price if it’s lower) holds a unit and locks your quoted price for 48–72 hours while we confirm availability and arrange delivery. If your order doesn’t move forward before delivery, the deposit is fully refunded.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect your unit at delivery before signing for it. If a unit arrives damaged in a way that isn’t consistent with its listed condition grade, contact us within 7 days so we can look into it.
