The electrical package includes a 100-amp service panel, interior 4-foot LED lights, an exterior LED floodlight, multiple outlets, and a 50-amp generator inlet for power in remote locations. An 18,500 BTU air conditioning unit with heat, housed in a secure frame with a weather cover, keeps the interior comfortable year-round, backed by 2 lb spray foam insulation (R-10.5). The interior is finished with framing, smart siding wall panels, and trim, and the exterior is finished in New Container Tan.
