An 18,500 BTU air conditioning unit with heat, housed in a secure frame with a weather cover, keeps the interior comfortable, backed by 2 lb spray foam insulation (R-10.5). The interior is finished with framing, smart siding wall panels, and trim for a polished, professional look, and the exterior is finished in New Container Tan.
