20ft Site Office Container

This 20ft site office converts a standard shipping container into a ready-to-work, insulated jobsite office. It's built from marine-grade, corrosion-resistant corrugated steel for the same durability as our standard containers, with roughly 160 square feet of interior space — about the size of a one-car garage — behind steel personnel doors fitted with a lockbox and high-security HASP locks. Inside, the unit is insulated (Rockwool insulation, R-11 rated on the walls and ceiling) and pre-wired for power, phone, and data, running off a 125 AMP panel box with GFCI receptacles and an entrance light for ready-to-use electrical service. Climate control comes from a split-system reverse-cycle air conditioner and heater, recessed externally to stay within the 20ft footprint, so cooling and heating are handled without eating into the working floor space. Windows are fitted with flyscreens, security mesh, and security bars, and a hard-wired smoke detector with battery backup rounds out the safety features. The office sits on bottom corner castings and forklift pockets for easy positioning and stacking, with durable flooring and lockable door handles throughout. Optional upgrades include a high-security puck door lock, plan tables, tables and chairs, shelving brackets, and pipe racks, and the interior can be configured as a single office, a team workspace, or a meeting room depending on how you plan to use it. Internally the unit measures roughly 5,770mm long x 2,150mm wide x 2,440mm high; externally it's about 6,058mm x 2,438mm x 2,896mm. Tare weight is around 3,340kg, with a payload capacity of 6,660kg and a maximum gross weight of 10,000kg.
