Built on a 40ft high cube, 1-Trip container shell, this bunkhouse cabin is a self-contained sleeping and living unit designed for up to four people — a fully finished retreat for hunting trips, outdoor adventures, or temporary housing on a jobsite. The extra vertical clearance of the high cube shell gives the interior a noticeably more comfortable feel than a standard-height container conversion. Entry is through two 36-inch steel doors, and a 36-inch by 48-inch window brings in natural light and a view out. Inside, two interior white swing doors separate the living areas for privacy. The kitchenette is finished with grey shaker cabinets, a 30-inch stainless steel sink, and a Formica countertop, while the bathroom includes a 36-inch corner shower with glass doors, a vanity with sink, a toilet, and a tankless hot water heater. Interior framing, smart siding wall panels, and trim give the space a finished, livable look, and vinyl flooring keeps maintenance simple. Climate control comes from two 18,500 BTU air conditioning units with heat, each mounted in a secure, weather-covered frame, backed by 2lb spray-foam insulation rated at R-18 throughout the interior for year-round temperature regulation. Electrical service runs off a 200 Amp panel, with interior LED can lighting, an exterior LED floodlight, and multiple outlets throughout. The exterior is finished in New Container Tan.
