This 18,000-gallon ASME storage tank comes mounted on skids, making it a practical option for sites that need propane, NGL, or butane storage without pouring a foundation or running underground piping — it's built for minimal setup and can be relocated or reconfigured to a new site as needed. The vessel is newly manufactured, ASME Section VIII Division 1 code compliant, and National Board certified. Unlike a bare pressure vessel, it ships fully valved at the factory and leak tested, built to an oilfield-rugged construction standard. Internal valves include thermal-kill, pneumatic-kill, and excess-flow-kill protection, backed by a remote pneumatic kill switch mounted on a stand with 30 feet of hose, plus brackets for a nitrogen bottle and a customer air-supply quick connect. Landing gear stabilizing struts add stability, and the unit is fully wired and plumbed with standard tractor connections, complete with the safety decals and placards required to meet DOT and NFPA standards. A pintle anchor and container locks provide redundant attachment for the removable axle assembly, and a junction box is mounted and wired for a high-level switch. Plumbing includes a 2-inch liquid-in line with a back-flow check valve, a 2-inch sight-flow back-check, and a 2-inch globe valve on the driver's side, while the curbside bulkhead carries a 2-inch liquid-out and 1¼-inch vapor connection with tripod pull-aways, plus angle valves housed in a lock box to guard against unauthorized unloading. A separate liquid and vapor outlet, each with valves and excess-flow protection, is provided for dewatering, and a combination valve lets you check tank level without a ladder. The low-voltage high-level switch can be wired normally open or normally closed at the frame-mounted junction box, and the tank volume gauge is built to hold its accuracy even under the shock loading of being transported empty.
