500 Gallon Above Ground Propane Tank, New & Certified

This 500-gallon above-ground propane tank is built to ASME Section VIII, Division 1 code and complies with NFPA 58, rated for 250 psig service across a temperature range of -20°F to 125°F. It's registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and available with CRN (Canadian Registration Number) registration. Filled to the standard 80 percent safety level, the tank holds approximately 400 gallons of usable propane. It measures 9 feet 10 inches long with a 37.5-inch outside diameter, stands 3 feet 11-1/2 inches tall on its legs (15-inch leg width, 5-foot leg spacing), and weighs approximately 920 lbs empty. The tank has an elliptical head and is finished with a TGIC powder coat exterior for corrosion resistance, with steel galvanized domes available in select colors. It ships vacuum purged and fitted with a #72 liquid level outage valve orifice. Because it's Class 150 ASME certified, this tank becomes a fixed installation once connected — it isn't a portable cylinder.
