Full Description
Manchester Tank is a manufacturer of steel and aluminum pressure vessels for the storage and transport of propane, chemicals, compressed air, and other industrial gases, and we carry a range of their propane tanks and cylinders. Their DOT-approved steel and aluminum cylinders span 1 to 420 lbs, while their ASME-approved steel tanks range from 1 to 30,000 gallons, covering everything from portable grill cylinders to large stationary storage vessels. On the domestic propane side, Manchester's tanks — sized from 57 to 1,000 gallons for residential and light commercial use — are built to the ASME Section VIII, Division 1 code, registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, and comply with NFPA 58. They're rated for 250 psi at up to 400°F, ship vacuum pre-purged and ready for filling, and come fitted with RegO valves and Rochester liquid level gauges. Manchester was also the manufacturer that helped bring the Overfill Prevention Device (OPD) into standard use across the propane industry in 2002, and was the first manufacturer to introduce powder-coat finishes on tanks — both features that are now standard on the tanks and cylinders they build. Beyond stationary home and commercial tanks, the Manchester line includes DOT-certified portable cylinders from 5 to 100 lbs for temporary heat and outdoor equipment, 200-lb and 420-lb vertical aboveground cylinders, forklift and buffer cylinders, RV propane tanks and accessories, marine cylinders, mower cylinders, welding cylinders, and refillable refrigerant recovery cylinders. Cylinders are manufactured to conform with DOT specifications 4BA, 4BW, and 4E (and the equivalent Transport Canada specifications), and most are CRN-approved for use in Canada.

Can I write this purchase off as a business expense?
