1 / 3Shipping Container Office Kit
SKU: officekit20
A container office conversion kit sized for a 20ft shipping container, bundling the components needed to outfit a container as a working office space.
Full Description
This conversion kit turns a shipping container into an insulated office space. It includes an insulated office package with R-13 insulation, two 36-inch by 36-inch dual-pane vinyl windows, and a 3068 man door — a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated insulated door with non-removable hinge pins, shipped with all the hardware and accessories needed for that door. Climate control comes from an 8,000 BTU air conditioner with heat, protected by a dedicated A/C security cage. The electrical package includes two 4-foot LED light fixtures, three plugs, one switch, a 125-amp breaker box with breakers, and an exterior junction box. Detailed installation instructions ship with the kit. The shipping container itself is not included — this kit supplies the components needed to convert a container you already own into a finished office.

Common Questions
How does the deposit and reservation process work?
A refundable deposit of up to $1,000 (or the item's full price if it's lower) holds this unit and locks the quoted price for 48–72 hours while we confirm availability and arrange delivery. If your order doesn't move forward, the deposit is fully refunded.
Do you deliver, and does it cost extra?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery is coordinated after reservation and quoted based on your location and the unit's size, so it isn't included in the listed price.
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping and any related costs are the customer's responsibility.
Can I write this purchase off as a business expense?
Businesses may qualify to deduct the full purchase price in the year it's placed in service under Section 179, rather than depreciating it over several years. Rules and limits vary, so this isn't tax advice — talk to your accountant about your specific situation.
