The Thermo King SL-200e is a Diesel Direct Electric trailer refrigeration unit in the Precedent line. Its common-rail fuel injection meets today's emissions standards without requiring an expensive after-treatment system, and the unit carries CARB Evergreen certification, letting it run in California over the long term without a diesel particulate filter (DPF) while also satisfying EPA requirements elsewhere. Offered in single- and multi-temperature configurations, the SL-200e suits both single-commodity and mixed loads. An optional ThermoLite solar panel extends battery life while reducing fuel use and emissions, and Bluetooth connectivity through the Reefer mobile app gives drivers in-cab access to cargo temperatures and alerts, plus in-yard access for pre-trip checks on fuel and alarm status.
